Wedding Day Coordination Package
"I Do" Details Wedding Day Coordination services include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Pre-Wedding*
*Meet with couple two to four weeks before wedding to review the details of the day - Also perform site visit at this time
*Contact all vendors one week prior to the wedding to confirm contracts and scheduled times
*Create a "day of itinerary" for all involved
*Attend and coordinate rehearsal
*Wedding Day*
*Arrive two hours before ceremony to ensure proper set up of accessories & design elements
*Gather family & friends for photos after the ceremony
*Collect all personal items to transport to reception
*Have "Bridal Emergency Kit" on hand
*Reception*
*Provide guests & limo driver with clear and precise directions to the reception site
*Greet guests & direct them to the cocktail area, restrooms, gift table, etc.
*Coordinate with the banquet manager the first dance, cake cutting, etc. all at ideal intervals to the couple, family involved, photographers and videographers
*Collect all gifts & cards and give them to the designated individual for transportation
*Act as a liaison between the couple and the vendors to ensure the day progresses flawlessly
*Attend to the needs of the bridal party, immediate family and special guests throughout the day
*Make any adjustments throughout the day at your request
